We are committed to our customers and want you to get the most out of your investment.  It is rare for new blinds to have issues but if they do we are here to adjust, service and complete manufacturer warranty work. Free first year adjustments and warranty work with no trip charges.   If your window coverings need service in the future, we will be here with prompt and affordable service.

Warranty Work

Regardless of where you bought your blinds or how old they are we here to help with warranty work on Hunter Douglas, Graber, and Bali window coverings. Hunter Douglas has a truly amazing Lifetime Limited Warranty.  Graber and Bali also have pretty good warranties.  Please note these warranties do not cover shipping charges or the labor to take down, package, ship, and reinstall products. These services are charged at an hourly rate.

Repairs and Restrings

Repairing or restringing a blind or shade can be a cost effective way to extend the life of your window coverings.  Repairing one blind that matches an entire home or blinds can save thousands of dollars.  Many onsite repairs and restrings can be completed in less than an hour.  I charge $140 first hour and $120/hour(prorated) after that for all repairs.  When I schedule an onsite visit it is my intent to repair the blind or pull the blind to be sent in for warranty repair.  If either these can not be accomplished or is not advised because of age and or wear, we can explore replacement options.  If it turns into a sales call there is no charge for the visit.  Request Service Here….
